Spectra360’s recent acquisition of Raso Solutions, a staff leasing solutions firm and RPO provider, has accelerated the company’s growth and resource requirements. Spectra360 is considering Vegas as the ideal location to meet those needs, given its recent boost in technology and infrastructure, and the city’s excellent cost of living, which has created a large talent pool.
