What type of incentives are you currently offering? Some common employee incentives include retirement plans, healthcare, sick leave, and paid time off. With a good salary/hourly wage, warehouse workers want to know what is in it for them. Make them an offer they can’t resist. Think about some things you would like your employer to offer if you were them. How are you going to attract the best talent to your open jobs?
