VMS refers to the technology used by a company to manage the hiring process from gathering applications to extending job offers. VMS software is also helpful when managing third-party firms engaged in recruiting on behalf of the company.

Managed Services

Managed services is a business model employed by companies that want to retain direct oversight of the work being outsourced. The company engages a third party to provide the service, and the two utilize a service-level agreement.
